My wife and I refinanced our mortgage with Arbor and our loan officer was Nathan Carpenter. He and his team were very prompt in their responses and professional in every aspect of the transaction. Being a real estate professional, I have many dealings with lenders on a weekly basis and I was very impressed how streamlined their process is. Their client portal system kept us very informed and took the guess work out of where we were at in the process and what documents were needed from us at any given time.
